Lunatic Curry

The Moon Man of the Tundral Astra had once deemed this the finest curry of many cycles. It has been adapted for common usage in a pressure cooker.

Reagents

Curry Base

- Four cups coconut milk
- Half cup water

Spices

- Half cup panang curry paste
- Three tablespoons crushed Thai pepper
- One tablespoon soy sauce
- Half-tablespoon cayenne pepper
- Three teaspoons sugar

Longbrew

- Lion's mane and oyster mushroom
- Four sprigs Thai basil, leaves roughly torn
- Two shallots, finely chopped

Verdance

- Three serrano peppers, cut into thin rings
- Two zucchini cut into medallions, then into crescents using a round punch
- One loose cup snow peas
- One large carrot, cut into angled discs
- One halved white onion cut into medium squares
- Ten lime leaves, finely chopped
- Two stalks lemongrass heart, finely chopped

Rites

1. Add Curry Base and Spices to pot.
2. Lean pot to side and integrate with emulsion blender.
3. Add Longbrew to pot and stir.
4. Pressure cook on High for 40 minutes.
5. Once complete, depressurize, add Verdance, and stir.
6. Replace lid and build pressure for 5 minutes, then release.
7. Serve with steamed white rice and top with freshly chopped lime leaf.

Store what remains overnight. If the Moon Man sees you worthy, he will complete your curry with a dash of Lunacy; a flavor unmistakable once experienced.

With gaze affixed on the wrought ruin, it was not from fact but from raw nature which came the sense of deadful err.
